Japan and the rest of Asia have been a major factor in my life for the last 24 years. Whether it was learning Japanese or trying to understand how people think and feel about themselves, there have been scores upon scores of life's lessons I had to learn along the way. Some where large lessons, others were smaller and much more personal. All of them were valuable.
